It is amazing how 26 letters of the English alphabet make up hundreds of thousands of words. Growing up I remember how mean my peers were to me in just the words they spoke. Eventually I learned to sing a particular song as a defense strategy against those bullies, " Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me."  Lol. I'm not very sure who came up with that little song, but the truth of the matter is, I've come to understand how far from true that little song is. Those negative words spoken to me had an impact on me.Words do hurt!! Words have power! Words actually cut deeper and hurt more than sticks or even stones. Words touch your heart! Believe it or not, children actually enjoy having time alone.  In so doing, they create secret hiding places to seclude themselves. For them, it's a time of forming mental images, where they can really see in their mind's eye. Most of all it is a place of safety and peace like the mother’s womb. Psalm 91:1 mentions the Secret Place. It reads like this in the KJV; " He who dwells in the Secret Place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." This Secret Place is not any ordinary Secret Place, it is the Secret Place of the Most High. In this Secret Place you are able to connect with God on a deeper than deep level. It is to be an intimate and private place with just you and God; no one else is invited! In the Secret Place you can hear God and experience His glory. Heavy Metal The airport is not my most favorite place to visit, but it is necessary to be able board my flight to my next destination. At least for now until I get my private jet! I love the idea of traveling, but I dislike having to go through TSA check point. "Shoes off, remove your belt, put all phones and laptops on the conveyor belt!! Go through the detector and spread 'em!!" But the detector keeps going off. "What else do you want me to do TSA officer, strip down?
